NAIDOC Week

Today marks the beginning of NAIDOC Week 2024, which runs from 7th July to the 14th.  NAIDOC Week is about celebrating and recognising the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. This year’s theme is: Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud.  Visit the NAIDOC Week website to learn more.

There are many activities you can be involved in during the week, but perhaps you would like to read some of the Aboriginal Young Adult Novels in our collection? We have a variety, and some new ones are on the way, but one of those recommended below could get you started.
