National Lamington Day

The humble lamington is an Australian icon, and this is celebrated on 21st July with National Lamington Day. Fear not, we have plenty of baking books at the library, and many of them contain lamington recipes. Perhaps try a variety of different recipes and see which you prefer. If you cannot decide between recipes, the library staff would be happy to judge which is the best lamington!
